About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised individual to join our national operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders and regions. This is a full-time position based at our modern head office in Lionsgate Business Park, Elizabeth South.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate our national installation and delivery schedules, ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams
- Arrange site access and prepare compliance documentation for builders
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP system and assist in continuous process improvements
- Ensure customer enquiries are addressed within 24 hours, upholding our commitment to excellence
About You
- Proven experience in customer service, scheduling or administration within the building and construction industry
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Self motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for delivery outstanding service
