About the Role

This is a diverse, hands-on position spanning both installation and measurement of staircases. It’s ideal for tradespeople seeking stability and the opportunity to broaden their skills, with clear career pathways and professional development along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct accurate on-site staircase measurements for residential builds
• Perform quality control checks on completed installations
• Liaise with builders and site supervisors to resolve technical and design issues
• Ensure clear, accurate documentation using digital tools
• Install staircases and balustrades across Adelaide Metro & surrounds

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualification: Carpentry, Joinery, or Cabinetmaking (essential)
• Experience in 2nd fix carpentry or cabinet making; staircase experience preferred, not essential
• White Card, Driver’s Licence, and suitable vehicle
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
