A STAIRLOCK success story.

Joining the Stairlock team as a Factory Hand in 2016, Matt was offered the opportunity to do a Carpentry Apprenticeship in our Custom Production team in 2020. Through the course of his apprenticeship Matt developed his joinery and carpentry skills working across our Custom Production and Staircase Installation teams, providing him well a well rounded skillset in detailed craftmanship as well as onsite construction work. 4 years on Matt successfully completed his Certificate lll in Carpentry in 2024 and has secured full-time employment in our installations team. Matt is one of 4 Stairlock apprentices completing their Carpentry Apprenticeship in 2024 and securing ongoing full-time employment with Stairlock.
