Job Description

  • Keep your craftsmanship sharp by installing custom staircases.

  • Step off the tools to performsite measures, swapping the saw for precision technology.

  • Build customer-facing and technical skills that will set you apart in the industry.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy problem-solving, and want a role that balances practical installation with professional client interaction, this could be the perfect next step.

What You'll Do:

  • Install custom-designed timber staircases to specification and drawings.

  • Read and interpret technical plans, site measurements, and instructions.

  • Conduct accurate site measures to ensure flawless production.

  • Enjoy collaborating with our team on allocated admin days based in Head Office

  • Liaise professionally with builders, site managers, and clients.

  • Maintain safe, clean, and organised worksites.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in carpentry or joinery crafting and installation (2–3+ years).

  • Qualified Carpenter (Certificate III + Apprenticeship).

  • Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

  • Comfortable balancing site work with customer-focused responsibilities.

  • White Card + valid driver’s license.

  • Tools & suitable vehicle (company vehicle available after successful completion of probation).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience, plus vehicle, fuel, and tool allowances.

  • Full-time, stable work with a respected national brand.

  • Career growth opportunities and ongoing training and development.

  • A supportive, collaborative team culture.
