Job Description

As one of Australia’s leading staircase manufacturers, STAIRLOCK delivers quality and precision to top builders nationwide. With strong growth across SA, VIC and NSW, we’re seeking an experienced Scheduler to drive installation efficiency and lead our Operations Administration team.

 

The Opportunity

You’ll manage the national installation schedule, overseeing daily and forward planning across SA, VIC, and NSW. Leading two Operations Administrators, you’ll ensure installation plans are accurate and on time, confirm site readiness, coordinate delivery of stiars to sites, and keep installers and customers informed. Success depends on prioritising effectively, and coordinating people and logistics to achieve delivery in full and on time (DIFOT).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule installation workflows to maximise daily revenue and efficiency.
  • Work closely with installation supervisors, locally and interstate.
  • Communicate installation schedules clearly to installers and customers.
  • Coordinate with the factory to ensure Just-In-Time (JIT) deliveries.
  • Manage day-to-day scheduling issues with installers and supervisors.
  • Provide 3-day forward install plans and track delivery performance.
  • Lead 2× Operations Administrators, ensuring consistency and accountability.
  • Support continuous improvement in scheduling systems and reporting.

 

About You

  • Experience in scheduling/planning within construction or manufacturing.
  • Confident communicator who can influence and coordinate across teams.
  • Strong problem solving, prioritisation and process improvement skills.
  • ERP experience (NetSuite advantageous) and solid Excel capability.
  • Calm under pressure, highly organised and commercially aware.
  • A leader who models teamwork, reliability and continuous improvement.
