The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Custom Staircase Installer to join our growing team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy problem-solving, and love seeing a project come to life, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install custom-designed timber staircases according to specifications and drawings.
• Read and interpret plans, site measurements, and installation instructions.
• Liaise professionally with builders, site managers, and clients.
• Conduct site checks to ensure installations meet safety standards and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in staircase installation, carpentry, or joinery (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Qualified Carpenter (Certificate lll + Apprenticeship)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) and valid driver’s license.
• Tools & suitable vehicle.
