About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team on a full-time or part-time (25-30 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, negotiable) at our Elizabeth South head office.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, and working alongside a collaborative team of three, you’ll oversee key financial functions including finacial report and statutory compliance—playing an integral role in supporting our operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Finance

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations

• Manage month-end financial reporting

• Prepare and lodge BAS, GST and related statutory returns

• Support compliance with financial regulations and company policies

• Process and reconcile payroll liabilities including payroll tax, superannuation, portable long service leave and Return to Work. 

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on professional with:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or finance-related role

• Sound knowledge of payroll tax, superannuation, and compliance obligations

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite experience highly regarded)

• Strong Excel skills and high computer literacy

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• A proactive approach and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
