About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team on a full-time or part-time (25-30 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, negotiable) at our Elizabeth South head office.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, and working alongside a collaborative team of three, you’ll oversee key financial functions including finacial report and statutory compliance—playing an integral role in supporting our operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Finance

Perform balance sheet reconciliations

Manage month-end financial reporting

Prepare and lodge BAS, GST and related statutory returns

Support compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Process and reconcile payroll liabilities including payroll tax, superannuation, portable long service leave and Return to Work.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on professional with:

Proven experience in bookkeeping or finance-related role

Sound knowledge of payroll tax, superannuation, and compliance obligations

Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite experience highly regarded)

Strong Excel skills and high computer literacy

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A proactive approach and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
